Shona has worked in the early years childcare sector for 9 years. She recently changed to special needs provision, supporting children with significant needs.

Jenny was a primary school teacher for 13 years. She now works in an education charity which helps to encourage children to read for pleasure.

Emma was a primary school teacher for almost 20 years. Having left teaching, she founded the Essential Education Group – a consulting and training company surrounding SEND (special educational needs and disabilities).
