This collaboration will be rolled out across all Wigan libraries. Activities and Participation The celebration will kick off with a series of engaging challenges, including den making and comic strip design. Exclusive author visits from Anita Frost, the creator of the multi-award-winning Green Bean, will also take place in selected schools.
