The thing I like most about the book is that it isn’t overwhelming. We all want our kids to be happy and healthy and there are lots of books out there but I’m a Mum, not a chef. I can cook but if a recipe is too complex, requires too many rare ingredients and costs a fortune, chances are I won’t make it. This book is clear and simple with some really useful bits of information throughout.

This book is highly recommended as it gives an insight into food, from dietary requirements to great new ways of getting your children to try different foods that are healthy and nutritious.
