Giving children the autonomy to direct their play and determine its outcome is crucial for fostering their self-assurance, creativity, and innovative thinking. Children in control of their play are more likely to be engaged and motivated, leading to deeper exploration and learning. This freedom allows their imaginations to flourish and encourages them to think outside the box, nurturing their innate creativity.
