• Reducing Environmental Footprint: By producing high-quality, durable children's toys using sustainable alternatives instead of plastic, we aim to reduce carbon emissions. All our products and packaging use sustainable, recyclable, or biodegradable materials.

• Future Steps: As a sustainable children’s brand pursuing B Corp certification, our next steps involve further circular economy studies. This includes assessing materials for post-consumer recycling and evaluating the environmental impact during material formation and processing.

Play: Fostering Confidence and Creativity
We strongly advocate for the benefits of child-led play.

• Developing Essential Skills: Child-led play is crucial for developing problem-solving skills. It is a child's first opportunity to practice making decisions and is a fundamental building block for education and future work.
• Empowerment and Learning: Allowing children to lead their play enables them to exercise leadership skills, experiment, make mistakes, and learn from them. When adults control all elements, children miss the chance to practice independent decision-making.
• Boosting Confidence: Crucially, child-led play gives the child full control over the direction and outcome, which is vital for boosting their confidence, creativity, and innovation.
• Routine Integration:
  • Consistency is Key: Incorporate at least 15 minutes of child-led play into your daily routine to see a significant increase in positive behaviour. Let the child know a few minutes beforehand when this dedicated time will begin.
  • Babies (up to 18 months): Select three toys, place them in front of the baby, and allow them to choose and lead the play.
  • Older Children (18 months+): Use a timer or set a dedicated time, such as after tea, for child-led play.
