Yesterday, Dr Stella Peace, Interim Executive Chair of Innovate UK, joined Hilary Hall, Head of Creative Economy, Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), at the Create Growth Programme Showcase in London - a dynamic event celebrating the innovative businesses and talents shaping the UK’s creative industries. The Create Growth Programme, launched by DCMS in partnership with Innovate UK, is designed to support the development of creative businesses with high-growth potential. The programme’s national showcase brought together founders, investors, and key stakeholders to exchange ideas on driving sustainable economic growth.  In her speech, Stella highlighted how this event serves as an opportunity to: - Showcase creative businesses’ talent and innovation 🎨✨ - Attract private investment 💼🏙️ - Foster growth and opportunities across the regions 🌍📈 Creative businesses showcased their projects, and investors had the chance to offer their time and insights.
